Our next assignment having to do with our readings from Ishmael is completing an interview with someone. The format for our interview was fairly simple, the only rule was that it had to pertain with saving the world. Instead of going with questions that have to do with the topic my group was assigned, I chose to go with a more general approach. Since this interview is on the internet where anyone can access it, names will be kept anonymous. The less meaningful parts of the interview were cut to shorten reading time.
Me: So now that you understand what we are doing, are you ready to answer some questions Mr. Bob?
Bob: Uh, I guess so.
Me: Do you believe the world needs to be saved?
Bob: Yes, well to a certain extent.
Me: Do you have any ideas on how this can be accomplished?
Bob: Well, we have to do things to save the planet, you know people want change because no one is doing anything about it.
Me: Well have you done anything to contribute to the world?
Bob: I guess cutting down my showers to 10 minutes might help. I recycle a little too.
Me: What is the environmental issue that is in the most need of change?
Bob: The worst one. Um, I guess pollution. It's the easiest one to get rid of right?
Me: Alright we're done. Thanks for helping me out with you're responses.
Bob: No problem.
